Pakenham Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward that may have witnessed a road rage incident occur on Webster Way, Pakenham between 5.30pm and 6pm on Saturday 11 February.
It is alleged that the victim’s car was involved in a collision before the offending vehicle drove their car at the victim before leaving the area.
