Hunt for murder charge man

POLICE are hunting a Hallam man accused of murder who failed to appear in court earlier this week.
A warrant of apprehension has been issued to arrest Apolonio Ramirez Serrano who did not appear in the Supreme Court to face one charge of murder.
The accused, also known by the alias of Tony Serrano, is aged 66.
Serrano, who was on bail, was charged in relation to the murder of Milicia Trailovic at Endeavour Hills in December 2003.
He has pleaded not guilty.
The victim’s body has never been recovered.
Mr Serrano has not returned to his Hallam address and his whereabouts are unknown.
Police have released a photograph of Mr Serrano hoping that anyone who knows his whereabouts will contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or visit www.crimestopers.com.au.
