RESIDENTS are encouraged to get down to the Cardinia Cultural Centre on Saturday night to help raise funds for women across the globe.
Local artists Ginja Roe, CWQ, Jaded Season and Andrew Swift will hit the stage to raise money for the Global Fund for Women.
Tickets are still available for the One Person, One World concert which has been organised by Pakenham woman Rachel Connolly as part of her community welfare course at Dandenong Chisholm TAFE.
The 27-year-old hopes to raise $3000 for the women’s fund.
The night kicks off at 6.30 and runs until midnight.
Tickets cost $10 and can be bought from Leading Edge Pakenham and Fountain Gate or at the door.
