Smartphone stories workshop

Smartphone Stories is a free two-day workshop taking place this weekend as part of the What’s On Cardinia Festival.

The workshop is for people of all ages who live, work or study in Cardinia Shire and will focus on storytelling, cameras, lighting, sound and editing using mobile phones.

From content creator to filmmaker – take things to the next level with just your mobile phone during the workshops.

Participants will get the opportunity to develop their own short film and share their final flicks with each other, family, and friends in a community screening event.

The workshop is planned face-to-face with a Covid-safe plan however if required, the workshops could be delivered online.

This free event will be held Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 February 2022 10am – 5pm at Creative Studios at Cardinia Cultural Centre, Corner Waterford Rise and Lakeside Blvd, Pakenham.
