Emergency services were called to Taco Bill in Pakenham around 6pm on Tuesday 26 October following the death of a man.
The Gazette believes the man was working on the roof at the time of the incident and was electrocuted.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
WorkSafe and Energy Safe Victoria will investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
