And fitness for all

THE YMCA believes that everyone can benefit from participation at Cardinia Life – a premier health and recreational facility in Cardinia.
Cardinia Life is a one-stop shop for aquatics, gym, group fitness, creche, cafe, stadium sports, personal training and programming – a place to get fit and enjoy recreation time in a community and family friendly environment.
The centre supports families by providing 20 per cent discounts on the multiple family members that join (both centre members and swimming lesson members) and concession discounts where applicable.
All the health checks and programs are included in the price of membership and include access to Fitdesk.
Staff are there to assist members in setting their health and wellness goals and help them to achieve these goals.
The health and wellness memberships have recently been extended to include Adrenaline – small group personal training, membership to Pakenham Regional Tennis Centre and 10 per cent member discount for creche.
There is also a Cardinia Members Reward Card that entitles members to 10 visits per year to other YMCAs in Victoria.
Cardinia Life is staffed for every hour it is open and can be found at 4 Olympic Way, Pakenham.
Phone 5945 2888.
