Growing communities

Lifestyle Communities creates five-star resort communities for the over 50s.
Since the company began more than 11 years ago it has created more than 10 communities and has more than 1500 homeowners who are enjoying the fruits of downsizing.
Lifestyle Officer, the company’s newest community, has broken all records in pre-sales activity.
“Since the launch in April over 45 homes have been sold,” Lifestyle Communities sales manager Graham Elliss said.
“Everyone who has brought so far have already enjoyed a dinner together and just can’t wait to move in and start enjoying everything on offer.”
Work on the $35 million development is due to commence in late June.
Located on Rix Road, close to the planned Officer town centre, the secure gated community will contain a multi-million homeowners clubhouse, heated indoor pool and spa, bowling green, fully equipped gym, covered barbecue and entertaining terrace.
Homes at Lifestyle Officer have been designed for low maintenance living and contain display quality fixtures and fittings.
“Many of our homeowners have lived in their old home for a long time,” Graham said.
“The fact that everything is brand new is a real plus and the icing on the cake is that inclusions are so extensive you can just move right in.”
Homes at Lifestyle Officer start at $247,480.
