Driven for rev-heads

IT’LL be a step back in time in Longwarry at the end of this month for four wheel lovers with the Longwarry Football Club Heritage Truck and Vehicle Display returning on 31 January and 1 February.
Attendees can check out stationary engines, the Sunday swap meet and market and, basically, relive days gone by.
There will also be heaps of family entertainment with kids amusement rides, an historic film and photo display, and food and drink.
There will also be a fully catered three course dinner and live music on the Saturday night for $25. Bookings are essential.
Anybody who would like to display old trucks or vehicles, which must be more than 25 years old, can contact Peter on 0419 001 948 or email phfarleysonsptyltd@bigpond.com.
To book a stall for $20 contact Kerrie on 0418 322 533.
The event is held at Collette Street, Longwarry. Entry is $5 per day, $7.50 for a two-day pass and there is no entry charge for children under 12 years of age.
