Ratepayers unite

To all Casey community ratepayers, it is about time we had our own Casey ratepayers’ association to fight ever increasing rates by Casey council.
I have been informed by ratepayers that their property values have sky rocketed over the years.
It is time to take a stand against our council.
Why are council allowed to put up billboards at a cost of $8000 of ratepayers’ money as it has been reported to support the Liberal Party and the East West Link that is 40-odd kilometres away from the City of Casey.
Why are four councillors trying to run away from their duties as elected councillors to run for the state seats of Victoria?
Why don’t they finish their four-year term as they promised you?
You deserve answers. Don’t sit back and think no one cares, they do.
