Spring into the market

Spring has arrived at the Rotary Club of Berwick’s Farmers’ Market.
Shoppers can come and enjoy the spring market in the beautiful grounds of the Old Cheese Factory, Berwick.
The September market’s feature stall is Nicolas Olive Estate Dimboola which has proudly supported the market for many years.
Owners, the Nicolas family, describe their First Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil as very light and fruity with a hint of pepper and free of any chemical sprays.
The stall provides samples for tasting and visitors are encouraged to try its fabulous Marinated Kalamata Olives.
The favourites are lemon, garlic, bay leaf and oregano but there is also chilli, oregano and bay leaf available.
Another stall to peruse is Little Creek Beef and try some of the newly introduced products such as lamb or Wagyu beef lasagna, ravioli or the family lamb and Wagyu beef pies.
Its products consistently meet high grade quality standards and adopt best animal welfare practices and are free of antibiotics or growth hormones.
Why not take a break from shopping, enjoy a coffee and partake in the barbecue breakfast offered by the Rotary Club of Berwick?
The September market will be held at the Old Cheese Factory, 34 Homestead Road, Berwick, on Saturday 27 September from 8am to 12.30pm.
The Christmas Market will be a twilight event from 4pm until 8pm and will be held on Tuesday 23 December and will have plenty of fun and festivities for the kids.
