Input sought on draft budget

CARDINIA Shire Council has released the draft budget and council plan for public comment.
An information session will be held on Tuesday 29 April at 7pm at the council offices in Henty Way, Pakenham, for residents to find out more about the draft budget.
Anyone wanting to make comments and submissions about the draft budget can do so by 5pm on Wednesday 14 May.
Council officers will answer questions at the information session.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and be delivered or sent to the council offices.
All submissions will be heard at a special council meeting starting at the conclusion of the Town Planning Committee meeting to be held on Monday 2 June.
The council will then meet to formally consider the adoption of the budget and council plan on Monday 16 June.
