SET IN the American deep south state of Louisiana, Whistle Down the Wind is a story of innocence, coming of age and a fugitive on the run.
It has all of the elements of a great musical and this summer, the Cardinia Performing Arts Company (CPAC) is proud to announce the stellar cast for the production coming up in February at the Cardinia Cultural Centre Star Theatre.
The story follows 15-year-old Swallow, a teenager growing up in the 1950s in the USA.
Upon discovering a fugitive hiding out in a barn, she has to decide if she will expose him to the world or let him stay.
