Mud slinging score

In response to Rex Flannery’s attempt to throw mud at me in last week’s letter (What’s the Score?), it is interesting that the two questions he asked were identical to two questions asked in an email to me by former councillor Lynette Keleher in May 2011.
The community can form their own conclusions about the association between these two people, and in fact with a few others who continue to agitate something which has long been addressed.
The simple answer was that the case referred to was about an unsuccessful job applicant seeking a review of the decision.
I had no involvement and no carriage of the matter.
The answer was provided at the time but it is interesting that, nevertheless, agitators still throw mud hoping that some will stick.
Mike Tyler,
CEO, City of Casey.
