A PAKENHAM man was killed when the car he was driving hit a tree in Blackburn.
The man was driving west along Whitehorse Road when the crash happened about 2.30 am on Sunday.
The car split in two on impact, throwing the driver more than 10 metres.
The driver, who was alone in the car, died at the scene.
The 25-year-old’s name has not yet been released.
