A COURT case to hear allegations that Cardinia Shire councillor Bill Ronald assaulted chief executive officer Don Welsh has been adjourned until 4 October.
Cr Ronald was due to appear in Dandenong Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday, 31 August) but the hearing was adjourned. Cr Ronald was charged by police with assault after an incident involving him and Mr Welsh in Melbourne earlier this year.
