BERWICK Artists Society will showcasing all sorts of talent when it hosts the “Festival of Arts” over two weekends at the Old Cheese Factory in Berwick.
For those interested in art, this is the place to be with everything artistic and creative at their fingertips. It will be a great family day out with activities planned throughout the two weekends.
The event, sponsored by the City of Casey, includes three exhibitions and demonstrations by some of Australia’s leading artists from the Berwick Artists Society such as Elly Abrat, Janet Matthews and Glo Edkins and special guest artists David Chen and Ev Hales.
There will be an arts and craft market, performances from ADLIB Entertainment, dance groups and live music, face painting and magic to keep the children entertained plus heaps more.
The Homestead Cafe will be open or bring a picnic. The Berwick Farmers’ Market will also operate on the morning of Saturday 26 March.
The Festival of Arts will be held on March 26 and 27 and April 2 and 3.
