Liberals’ promises

– $10 million for a new special school in Casey-Cardinia.
– Build Timbarra Secondary College in 2011.
– Duplicate and upgrade Hallam Road, from Pound Road to Ormond Road.
– Complete the duplication of Clyde Road to High Street and seek to include grade separation.
– $20,000 to create space for primary school playgrounds.
– $600,000 for construction of new free parking spaces for commuters using Merinda Park and Narre Warren Railway Stations.
– $24 million to Casey council for Brookland Greens clean-up costs.
– Non-government schools in Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) areas will be exempt from paying the Growth Areas Infrastructure Charge (GAIC).
