CARDINIA Shire seniors from all different backgrounds came together for a cup of tea and a chat earlier this week in celebration of diversity and friendship.
The multicultural afternoon tea kicked off at 1.30pm at the Pakenham Library Complex as part of Seniors Week celebrations.
With a strong focus on diversity, the afternoon tea welcomed seniors of all different ethnicities and faith groups to share a plate of food and chat together.
The event was highlighted by a talk from a guest speaker with a migrant background.
