Masked men knock: teen ignores

By Aneeka Simonis

A YOUNG girl was home alone when two masked men made attempts to enter her Pakenham home.
Police said the teenage girl heard a knock at the front door of her Sapphire Crescent, Pakenham, home about 12.30pm on Wednesday 30 November.
She was home alone, so didn’t answer the door, but told her mum once she arrived.
The mother reviewed a neighbour’s CCTV footage, which revealed a dark blue vehicle parking out the front of the home and two masked men getting out and approaching the front door.
After knocking on the front door, the men appear to check if the front door and windows are unlocked.
They leave without accessing the property.
