Registration in the running

WITH a proven track record for fostering national and international talent, the Narre Warren Little Athletics Club will seek to develop its next generation of athletes when it holds its registration day on Saturday. Registration takes place at the clubrooms at Max Pawsey Reserve next to the Fountain Gate shopping centre. In its 26-year history, the NWLAC has produced athletes such as middle-distance star Jeff Riseley, Alice Platten and current AFL player Adam McPhee. And by the look on the faces of these cross-country runners at Narre Warren, trophy winners from last season, there will be many more stars coming through. Contact club officials Steve and Kerry Fenton on 9703 2239 for further information.WITH a proven track record for fostering national and international talent, the Narre Warren Little Athletics Club will seek to develop its next generation of athletes when it holds its registration day on Saturday.
