A SMALL grass fire at Warneet last week is believed to have been deliberately lit.
Police said at about 4.45pm on 5 June, a 10-metre stretch of land was burnt on the north side of Warneet Road.
CFA attended the scene and extinguished the fire. A witness told police they saw a teenage male on a BMX bike riding at a fast pace away from the area around the time of the fire.
