AN 18-year-old Pakenham man will be charged on summons in relation to an assault that took place at a fast food restaurant last Saturday morning.
Police interviewed the man last night over the incident, which took place on the Princes Highway in Pakenham about 2.30am on a 19-year-old Pakenham man.
Police will charge the man on summons with unlawful assault.
