Man over-exposed

A FIFTEEN-year-old girl was the victim of a wilful and obscene exposure in Hampton Park this month.
Police said that at 8.20am on 1 December, the Hampton Park teenager was walking through Jane Wyman Park to go to a friend’s house.
Police said the girl noticed a man walking in front of her.
The girl answered a call and a text before placing her mobile phone in her pocket and putting headphones from her iPod in her ear.
As she did this, she heard a deep voice call out to her.
Police said she saw the man with his black pants around his ankles, his jumper and shirt held up by his chin, and he was holding his penis in his hand.
The man told her to “come here” and when she walked away he yelled “come back.”
The dark skinned man was wearing black short, pants and jumper.
Anyone with information are urged to contact Constable Lauren Murphy at Narre Warren Police Station on 9705 3111 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
