THE City of Casey is celebrating the local diversity later this month and holding the first All of Us event.
The event will be held on Sunday 28 November during Social Inclusion Week and will support International Day of People with Disability.
The event will include interactive and cultural activities and also live entertainment.
It will also give the residents of Casey opportunities to discover local support services and programs, including accommodation, safety, income security, health and wellbeing, employment and community transport.
“The council is extremely pleased to announce that the special guest speaker at the event will be Dr Jonathon Welch AM, a former Australian of the Year, Anzac of the Year, founding music director of the Choir of Hard Knocks and Choir of Hope & Inspiration and the instigator of Social Inclusion Week in Victoria,” City of Casey acting mayor Shar Balmes said.
