SOUTHERN Cross Primary School students saw members of the police in a different light last week.
The children were treated to a performance by police band Code One and were thrilled with the musical talents of the group.
Neighbouring children from David Collins Kindergarten were also invited along to enjoy the music and at the same time give them a feel for primary school life.
Code One was developed in an attempt to convey positive messages about the Police Force to the community, in particular youngsters, via music.
