CASEY Council will hold its fortnightly meeting in Cranbourne next Tuesday.
The public is invited to attend the meeting at the Old Shire Offices, 160 Sladen Street, from 6.30pm.
The meeting will give residents from Cranbourne and the city’s coastal villages an opportunity to listen to lively discussion among the 11 councillors a bit closer to home.
Meetings normally take place at council chambers in Narre Warren but it was resolved to take some meetings to Cranbourne each year.
Casey mayor Colin Butler said he was looking forward to the change of venue next week. “These meetings are quite popular amongst interested residents keen to ask a question or hear about more projects across the city,” Cr Butler said.
